The three characters included are what sold me — my daughter immediately grabbed the boat and started acting out scenes from the movie. At 85 pieces it only took her about twenty minutes, but she's rebuilt it twice since.
My niece is 4 and finished the whole village house by herself in one sitting, which never happens with her other sets. The little boat actually floats on the tub water, so bath time has become Moana time now.
The boat and house pieces click together so smoothly that my little one didn’t even need help, and the three Moana characters are perfectly sized for her hands. We’ve already rebuilt the village three times this week, and it holds up great to all the imaginative play.
