The display base really makes this thing pop on my shelf. I'm not even a huge soccer fan but the pose captures that celebration vibe perfectly, and it's sturdy enough that my cat bumping the desk didn't knock it over.
The 490 pieces took me about two hours to assemble, and the display base holds the figure at a nice forward-leaning sprint pose. I've got it on my desk next to my monitor now, and the printed jersey details really pop without needing stickers.
The little printed details on Mbappé’s jersey really pop against the dark base, and the build itself took me about an hour and a half of relaxed time. It’s a cool centerpiece for a desk, even if you’re not a huge soccer fan.
