The lion's mane has way more texture than I expected, and the poseable legs make it fun to display on my desk. I've already taken it apart to try the other two builds, and honestly the rebuild value for one set is great.
Got this for my 10-year-old and the 3-in-1 build kept him busy all weekend. He started with the lion, then took it apart to make the other two animals without any help. For a set aimed at ages 9 and up, the instructions were clear enough that he never got stuck.
Built the lion first and the articulated legs let me pose it mid-prowl on my shelf, which looks way cooler than I expected. Took about two evenings and the mane layers snap together satisfyingly without being fiddly. Already eyeing the shark build next since it's the same set.
